Zimbabwean born, South African-raised artist Tafs is a curator of soundscapes and lover of textures, who has mastered the art of musical storytelling. Drawing on his rich background, dubstep drum and bass influences slip in and out of the mix, drawing together his unique, multifaceted musical delivery with deliberate simplicity. His search for a sound that is true to his background and lived experience has lead him to collect an immense and diverse set of music. The vast array of music at his disposal informs his choice to focus on mood based mixing, and his ability to move between multiple genres of music translates into a life-altering experience, laced in nostalgia.

As the co-founder of Mouth to Mouth, an events based company in Cape Town, and one half of the dynamic duo that first made their mark on the Cape Town scene last year, Peoples of Colours; he is no stranger to the electronic music scene.
